Equipment rentals
35 machines we service in our own shop and run on our own jobs. Tell us what you need, where it's going and for how long — we email you back an approval and a full quote, delivery and pickup included.
No prices to wade through and no account to open. One form, one answer, usually the same day.
The fleet
We rent by size class, because that is how a job is specified. Open any one to see the actual machines, or just hit request and we will match it.

Nothing in that category right now. Ask anyway — the fleet is bigger than the rental list.
How it works
Machine, site and dates. Takes a minute, and you do not need to know the model number.
Against our own job schedule. If the one you picked is out, we will offer the nearest size that is not.
By email, with the rental, the float out and the float back all priced, plus the rental agreement to sign and the insurance we need from you.
To your site on our own lowbeds, or you collect at Sunnyside. We walk around the machine with you and photograph it before it goes to work.
Two ways to rent
Most rental yards only do the first. We run this equipment every day, so we can send someone who knows it.
Say which you want on the form and the quote comes back priced that way. If you are not sure, pick “not sure” and we will tell you which is cheaper for the job.
The quote
One email, everything in it. No published rate card, because the right number depends on how long you need it, where it is going and whether you want an operator.
Priced for the term you asked for — day, week or four weeks — with the hour allowance stated and the overtime rate stated, so a long day holds no surprise.
Mobilisation and demobilisation, quoted per trip from our yard to your site address. That is why the form asks where it is going. Collect it yourself and both drop off.
Fuel, cleaning, the insurance certificate we need, the deposit, and what happens if it breaks down. Written out before you commit, not after.
Request a machine
Three short steps. We reply by email with the approval and the quote.
Estimating has it. You'll get an email back with the machine confirmed and a full quote — the rental, the delivery out and the pickup back, all priced in.
Requests in before 2 pm on a business day are answered the same day. If it's urgent, call 204-222-4021.
Questions
Because a number on a page is nearly always the wrong number. What you pay turns on the term, whether you want an operator, how far the float runs and what attachments go with it. Send the request and you get a real figure for your job, usually the same day.
Requests in before 2 pm on a business day are answered the same day. After that, the next morning. If it is urgent, call 204-222-4021 and say it is a rental.
No. Nothing is booked and nothing is charged until you have the quote in writing and have signed the rental agreement.
Trucking the machine to your site and collecting it afterwards. We quote both ways from our yard at Sunnyside, which is why we ask for the site address rather than just the town. Collect it on your own trailer and neither applies.
Yes, if your trailer and tow vehicle are rated for it. Transport weight is on every machine page. If in doubt, ask in the notes and we will tell you straight.
Commercial general liability plus rented-equipment coverage, with DJN Services named as loss payee. Tick the box on the form and we will tell you where to send the certificate.
Stop, make it safe and call us. If it is mechanical failure rather than misuse, you are not charged for the downtime and we will get you going or swap the machine.
Yes. Cold-weather starting and block heaters are covered at handover, and we will say honestly if a machine is the wrong choice for frozen ground.
